KPOPPINUK is a small independent KPOP store which mainly sources SHINee albums and merch.
There may be a limited amount of items from other KPOP artists occasionally from surplus stock/orders/duplicate orders.
All albums are sourced from Korea (unless otherwise stated eg Japanese releases) and contribute to wins, awards and Korean charts. Albums and merch is 100% official unless specified as fanart for example.
All albums and merch are sealed at factory source (unless specified as unsealed) and we are not responsible for missing inclusions, misprints or any defects and these cannot be returned or refunded.Outer casing is to protect the contents therefore slight damage is not our responsibility and will not be refunded. Items should be filmed unedited when unboxing starting with opening postage packaging to ensure the best support with any disputes.

Postage is automatically set at 2nd class signed for at a standard rate of £4.99. This fee goes towards the cost of postage set by Royal Mail, and covers you for up to £50. If you would like to have your item sent 1st class signed for or fully tracked, please select the additional option at checkout.
Pre Orders and Advanced Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded. If you want to return an order, it must be in its original condition (sealed and untampered with), and within 7 days of receiving it. You are responsible for postage fees, and your refund will be processed when the item is received by us. All refunds are issued at our discretion and we retain the right to refuse refunds at our own accord. See our terms and conditions for more information. On the very rare occasion that you place an order which manufacturers have under-produced, you will be offered either a refund or an alternative album (up to the price of your order excluding shipping).
